Ctrl + A = Selects all walls when in overhead or all geometry when in elevation view.
Home = Zooms the screen to its full extents. (except when focus is on an entry box)
R = Reverses the Build direction of the wall currently being drawn or the highlighted wall(s).
S = Brings up the Right Click Menu in the Select Move Mode.
P = Brings up the Right Click Menu in the Place Item Mode.
F2 = Toggles between Select and Create mode.
F3 = Toggles Object Snap on or off.
F6 = Toggles Angle Snap on or off.
F7 = Toggles Screen Grid on or off.
F8 = Toggles Ortho mode on or off.
F9 = Toggles Cursor Snap on or off.
Arrow Keys = Pans the View area by the currently set move increment (except when focus is on an entry box)
Shift + Arrow Keys = Moves highlighted items by the currently set move increment.
+ Key = Zooms in on the view area.
- Key = Zooms out on the view area.
Delete Key = Deletes the last created wall or deletes currently highlighted walls or geometry items.
Esc = Aborts line, rectangle or circle creation as long as the second point has not been entered or deselects all highlighted items.
Shift + Home = When in elevation view will return back out to overhead view (must be in select mode).
Left Click + Drag Window = Creates a Select window. Any wall or geometry that exists inside the window will be highlighted once the left button is released.
Ctrl + Left Click + Drag Window = Creates a Zoom window. Zooms to the extents of the window once the left button is released.
Double Click on a Wall = In overhead will take the wall to elevation view (must be in select mode).
A = Adds highlighted geometry to a wall (elevation view only).
C = Cuts highlighted geometry from a wall (elevation view only).
N = Sets highlighted geometry to a neutral state (elevation view only).
There are a lot of things to remember here, but there are some great tools. Some of these should be learned and used by everyone while others are more for power users.
The Esc key is one of those that everyone should remember. Any time you are in the middle of anything and want to stop, the Esc key is a good bet. Most times it will do exactly what you want.
